How do I turn off proxy settings? Need help disabling them! or Can someone explain how do I turn off

Weird thing tho—my VPN was acting up after. Had to restart it.

Anyone know why proxies and VPNs hate each other? Lol.

Also, ran Malwarebytes like someone suggested—clean scan. Appreciate the help!
