How do I turn off proxy settings? Need help disabling them! or Can someone explain how do I turn off

Bro, I feel you. Had this issue when my work VPN messed things up.

For Windows:
- Settings > Network > Proxy > flip the "Use proxy" switch to OFF.

For Mac:
- System Prefs > Network > Advanced > Proxies > uncheck all the boxes.

Also, yeah, VPNs can clash with proxies. Turn one off at a time.
