Hey! I had this exact issue last week. Here’s how to remove a proxy server on Windows 10:

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy.

Under "Manual proxy setup," toggle off "Use a proxy server."

Also, check "Automatically detect settings" just in case.

If it’s still slow, try resetting your network (Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset).
