Has anyone tried using Xbox HomeProxy for better connection speeds? or Is Xbox HomeProxy still a reli

Tried ExitLag like someone suggested and my ping dropped by 20ms.
Still get occasional spikes tho—might be my ISP like y’all said.

Gonna test Cloudflare DNS next.
Also, anyone know if xbox homeproxy works better with specific ISPs? Mine’s Spectrum.
