Missing data = nightmare. I’ve had decent luck with `amelia` in R for multiple imputation, but it’s not magic.
`xtreg` does ignore missing rows, so you might need to impute first. If your data’s not MCAR, tread carefully—sometimes it’s better to just admit defeat and drop rows.
