BrightData’s rotating residential IP is great, but yeah, Instagram’s a beast.
I’ve had better luck with their mobile proxies—less flags for some reason.
Rotation? I do 10 mins for general stuff, 2 mins for heavy scraping.
Also, check your DNS leaks. Some bans happen ’cause your real IP sneaks through.
