Hey everyone, been hearing a lot about cop supply issues lately. Some departments are saying they’re stretched thin, while others claim they’re managing fine.
Is the cop supply really enough right now? Or are we seeing more shortages than usual?
I’ve read a few articles where officers are working crazy overtime bc there just aren’t enough bodies. But then other places seem fully staffed.
What’s the deal in your area? Are recruits harder to come by, or is it just hype?
Kinda worried if this keeps up, response times could take a hit.
