Hey! For how to get inspect to work, try opening dev tools in a separate window. Click the three dots in the top right of the panel and choose "Undock into separate window."

Sometimes the docking/undocking gets buggy, and this fixes it. Also, Firefox has a similar option under "Settings" in the dev tools menu.
