Go to settings > account > change email. You’ll get a verification link on the new email. Click it, and boom—done.

Nothing gets deleted, but if you’re paranoid, maybe screenshot important DMs first? Never hurts.

Also, if you’re switching for security reasons, enable 2FA after. Extra safety never hurts.
