imo it’s low-risk if you’re not being toxic. i’ve had alt accounts for testing bots and stuff—no problems.

discord’s main concern is abuse, not just having multiple accounts.

if you’re worried, avoid logging in simultaneously or sharing servers between accounts.

also, don’t use them to harass ppl or evade mods. that’s insta-ban territory.
