Mobile login is always janky for me too. The keyboard covering fields is so annoying!
Try this: tap the username field first, then quickly tap the password field before the keyboard fully pops up. Sounds weird, but it works sometimes.
For desktop, maybe reset your router? Patreon login can freak out if your IP is acting up.
