I’ve been using Smartproxy for a while now, and it’s been solid for streaming and bypassing geo-blocks. Speed’s decent, and they’ve got a ton of locations.
For checking if a proxy helper is legit, I always look for no-logs policies and run a quick leak test (ipleak.net works). Free ones are usually risky, so I’d stick with paid if privacy matters.
