`-L` follows redirects (like when a URL points to another URL). `-O` saves the file. Use both.

For progress, `-#` is old-school but works. Or `--progress-bar` if you’re fancy.

Spaces? Either:
`curl -O "https://example.com/file name.zip"`
or
`curl -O https://example.com/file%20name.zip`

Also, `-C -` resumes failed downloads—lifesaver for big files.
