I’ve been using brightdata rotating proxy for scraping, and yeah, it’s not perfect. IP bans still happen if you’re too aggressive.
What worked for me was slowing down requests and randomizing user agents. Also, try pairing it with a tool like ScrapeOps to monitor bans and adjust on the fly.
Speed-wise, it’s okay, but don’t expect blazing fast if you’re rotating a lot.
