"Why am I seeing a 403 response code and how do I fix it?"
Hey folks! So I’m getting this annoying 403 response code on my site, and I’m not sure where to start. It’s like the server’s basically saying *"nope, you can’t see this"* but... why?
Is it a permissions thing? Maybe the .htaccess file acting up? Or could it be some IP blocking shenanigans?
I’ve checked the file permissions (they *seem* fine?) and tried disabling plugins, but no luck. Anyone else run into this before?
Also, does the 403 response code *always* mean a permissions issue, or could it be something else, like a misconfigured server?
Any tips or steps to troubleshoot would be awesome. Thanks in advance!
