What Does the 423 Code Mean and How Do I Fix It? or Getting a 423 Code Error – Any Solutions?

But now I’m curious: why would a 423 code error get fixed by changing my location? Is this some kinda IP ban?

Also, site’s still down on my home network. Should I be worried?
