"How Do You Deal With Domain Squatting? Any Success Stories?"

Hey folks,

So I’ve been wrestling with domain squatting lately—trying to snag a cool name for a project, but of course, some squatter’s had it parked for years with a ridiculous price tag. Ugh.

Anyone else run into this? How’d you handle it? Did you negotiate, wait it out, or just go with a different name?

I’ve heard some people have success with legal routes (like UDRP), but that sounds expensive and messy. Others say squatters eventually drop domains if they don’t sell.

Kinda curious if anyone’s had a win here—like scoring a domain after the squatter gave up or finding a workaround. Or is it just a lost cause these days?

Thanks in advance for the tips!
