I’ve been trying to figure out if it’s possible to proxy change public ip to a specific ip address. Like, not just any random IP, but one I actually choose?

I’ve used proxies before, but they usually just give me whatever IP is available. Wondering if there’s a way to pick the exact one I need.

Any tips or tools that can do this? Or am I stuck with whatever the proxy gives me?
