How Do I Properly Configure Proxy Settings for Secure Browsing? or Struggling to Configure Proxy? Any

OMG, you guys are lifesavers! Tried the `netsh` command and it actually worked (after I googled how to open CMD as admin lol).

Still confused why Windows makes it so hard to configure proxy settings, but at least I’m not router-yeeting anymore.

Quick Q: Anyone know why some sites still won’t load even with the proxy on? Do I need to whitelist them or something?
