I switched to telepoint asn last year, and it’s been a mixed bag. The network performance is generally good, but I’ve noticed some throttling during evenings, especially on weekends.
Latency is decent, but not the best I’ve seen. If you’re gaming or doing something super latency-sensitive, it might not be ideal.
For routing, I use a VPN sometimes to bypass any weird paths. Mullvad has been great for that.
