I’ve been using telepoint asn for about a year now, and it’s been pretty consistent. The network performance is solid, and I haven’t had any major issues with latency or uptime.
That said, I did notice some throttling when I was downloading large files. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it was annoying.
If you’re into monitoring, I’d suggest using something like SmokePing to keep an eye on latency and packet loss.
