Python’s my go-to for quick scripts & ML stuff—super easy to write, tons of libraries. But golang? Man, the speed and concurrency are insane. Compiled vs interpreted, ya know?
But here’s the thing: if my project’s a small API or data crunching, Python’s a no-brainer. But for high-load, scalable systems? Golang’s static typing and goroutines feel like cheating.
Anyone else switched from Python to Go? Was it worth the learning curve? Or am I overthinking this?
(Also, why does Go’s error handling have to be so verbose? 😅)
