Hey! For chrome use proxy vpn, I’d recommend just using an extension like Windscribe or TunnelBear. Super easy to install and toggle on/off.
If you wanna go manual, you can set up a proxy in Chrome settings (Settings > Advanced > System > Open proxy settings), but tbh extensions are way simpler.
Speed depends on the VPN server location—closer = faster. Privacy? Definitely helps, especially if you pick a no-logs provider.
