Kinda surprised no one’s mentioned Tor yet. If you wanna access a website using another ip address anonymously, Tor bounces your traffic through multiple nodes.

Downside? It’s slow af. But for bypassing blocks, it’s solid.

Also, some sites block Tor exits, so YMMV.
