Yo! Same boat here. I used this site called Pandas中文网 (pandas.pydata.org.cn) for pandas documentation chinese.
It’s pretty solid—not sure if it’s official, but it’s updated regularly. The examples are clear too.
Downside? Some advanced topics are missing. Still, way better than Google Translate-ing the English docs lol.
