How to properly use curl_init for a GET request in PHP? or What's the correct way to handle a curl_in

Thanks for all the suggestions, guys! I tried adding the user agent and SSL options, and it worked!

Still getting a 403 on some requests though—maybe the API has rate limits?

Also, gonna check out Guzzle. Raw curl_init get requests are a pain.
