"Proxy settings Chrome not working? Ugh, so frustrating!

Anyone else having issues with proxy settings Chrome just... not doing what they're supposed to? I swear I’ve tried everything—restarting, reinstalling, even googling for hours.

Sometimes it just won’t connect, or the settings don’t save properly. Other times, Chrome straight-up ignores the proxy.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Double-checking the IP/port (no typos, promise!)
- Toggling "Use system proxy" on/off
- Clearing cache + cookies (didn’t help lol)

Anybody got fixes that *actually* work? Or is Chrome just being extra stubborn today?

Also, where *are* the proxy settings Chrome hiding now? Used to be simple, but now I’m digging through 10 menus. 😅
