Hey! Had the same issue with chrome browser proxy settings not saving. Turns out, Windows sometimes overrides Chrome’s settings.

Try this:
Go to Windows Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy and make sure "Use setup script" or "Manual proxy setup" matches what you’re trying to do in Chrome.

If that doesn’t work, check if any antivirus is blocking changes. Bitdefender gave me trouble once.
