How to smoothly scroll an element into view using js scroll into view? or What's the best way to impl

Thanks for all the suggestions, folks! Tried the polyfill and it *kinda* worked, but still janky in some cases.

Ended up using GSAP like someone suggested—way smoother. Still weird that native js scroll into view is so unreliable though.

Anyone know if this is a known Chrome bug? Might file a report if it’s not already tracked.

Also, big thanks for the CSS tips! The `scroll-margin-top` trick was a game-changer. 🙌
