Best Practices for Using Wait in WebDriver – What Works for You? or How Do You Handle Wait in WebDriv

Wow, didn’t expect so many replies—thanks y’all!

Lots of gems here. Tried FluentWait + custom polling today, and *holy cow*, it’s way smoother. Still got some flakiness, but way less rage-inducing.

Question tho: Anyone use WebDriverWait with dynamic IDs? How do you handle those? My XPath game is weak.

Also, gonna check out Playwright and Cypress. Selenium’s great, but man, the wait in webdriver struggles are real.
