What exactly does '410 gone' mean, and how do I fix it? or Got a '410 gone' error—anyone know why thi

Tried Google Cache too, but nada. Guess it’s really gone for good.

Side note: Anyone know why sites use 410 gone instead of just 404? Like, why rub it in? Lol.
