Hey! I had the same issue with proxy server in Chrome last week. Turns out, Chrome overrides system proxy settings sometimes.

Try going to chrome://settings/system and make sure "Use system proxy settings" is ON. If that doesn’t work, disable any VPNs or extensions messing with your connection.
