"Hey guys, newbie here!
Can someone explain *what is proxy setting* and how it actually works? I keep hearing about it but not sure why I’d need it.
Like, does it just hide my IP or is there more to it? And how do you even set it up?
Also, when would you *need* to use a proxy? Gaming, privacy, work stuff?
Any simple breakdown would be awesome. Thanks in advance!
(ps. if u have any tips on good free proxies, lmk lol)"
