It’s normal, but if my ip changes too much, it can trigger security alerts on some sites (like banking).

If you need consistency, ask your ISP about static IP options. Or use a DDNS service like No-IP to keep a hostname pointing to your changing IP.

Otherwise, just roll with it—most people never even notice.
