"Getting 'request failed: [http_exception] server returned 429' – How Do I Fix This Rate Limit Error?"

hey guys,

so i keep getting this *request failed: [http_exception] server returned 429* error when hitting an API. super annoying, right? like, i’m not spamming it or anything…

anyone else run into this? how’d you fix it?

i tried adding delays between requests, but still getting hit. is there a better way to handle rate limits? or do i just gotta wait it out?

thanks in advance!

ugh, this error is killing me. *request failed: [http_exception] server returned 429* keeps popping up.

i know it’s a rate limit thing, but my code isn’t even making *that* many calls. are the limits just super strict?

any tips? should i use exponential backoff or something? or maybe cache responses?

pls help before i lose my mind lol
