So I’ve been trying to fix my Prime Video buffering issues and stumbled on www.amazon.com/videohelp (yes, I double-checked the URL lol). But it just keeps spinning or gives me a 404??
Has anyone actually gotten this page to work? Or is there a secret trick to it?
Also, if you’ve used it before—did it even help with streaming problems? Or am I better off just restarting my router for the 10th time?
