Ugh, that page is so hit or miss. Sometimes it loads, sometimes it’s a ghost town.

For buffering, I’d recommend checking your internet speed first (fast.com is my go-to). If that’s fine, try switching to a lower resolution in Prime Video settings.

Also, www.amazon.com/videohelp has a ton of outdated links, so maybe just Google "Amazon Prime Video buffering fix" instead.
