HTTP 408 Error - Why Does My Request Keep Timing Out? or How to Fix HTTP 408 (Request Timeout) Errors

Ugh, http 408 errors are the worst! Had the same issue last week. Turns out my ISP was throttling my connection.

Try running a speed test (speedtest.net) or pinging the server (cmd -> ping example.com). If the response time is high, it’s probably your network.

Also, check if the site works on mobile data. If it does, blame your WiFi. 😅
