Yeah, same here! Switchy Omega has been a mess since Chrome v120.

I found a temp fix—disable Chrome’s "Hardware Acceleration" in settings. Seems to reduce crashes for now.

Also, backup your profiles manually (export them) before reinstalling. Lost mine twice before learning that lesson lol.

If it keeps acting up, maybe try Proxy SwitchySharp as a fallback? Not as fancy but still works.
