"Getting Error Code 405 - Method Not Allowed. How Do I Fix This?"

Hey everyone!

So I keep hitting this *error code 405* when trying to POST data to an API. Super annoying, right? The server just won’t let me through, saying "Method Not Allowed."

I’ve checked my endpoints, and they *should* work. Maybe it’s a server config issue? Or maybe I’m sending the wrong HTTP method?

Anyone else run into this before? How’d you fix it?

Quick things I’ve tried:
- Double-checking the URL
- Making sure POST is allowed (not just GET)
- Peeking at server logs (but they’re not super helpful)
