How Do I Fix Chrome Proxy Settings Not Working Properly? or Why Can’t I Change My Chrome Proxy Settin

omg this drove me CRAZY until i found out my work VPN was locking it. If you're on a managed network (school/work), admin might block changes.

For a quick reset, open cmd and paste:
`netsh winhttp reset proxy`
Then restart chrome. Hope it helps!
