Honestly, I’ve tried so many unblocked proxy browsers, and most of them are hit or miss. But I’ve had decent luck with Hidester. It’s web-based, so no installs, and it’s pretty fast for basic browsing.
Another option is Whoer. It’s more of a privacy tool, but it has a proxy feature that works well for accessing blocked sites. Just don’t expect it to handle heavy streaming or downloads.
