Can someone define parse out and explain how it's used in coding? or What does it mean to define pars

To define parse out: it’s isolating data from noise.

Example: Log file has "DEBUG: user=abc123 action=login". You parse out "abc123" and "login".

Tools? For JSON, `jq` is killer. For strings, regex (but it’s a pain to learn).

Big gotcha: Over-parsing. Don’t split what you don’t need!
