I’ve had *some* success with FreeProxyLists.net, but you gotta sift through a ton of duds. For scraping, ScrapingBee’s free tier is a better bet—uses proxies under the hood.
Always check IPs with IP2Location to avoid sketchy geo-locked stuff.
