Bro, same struggle. For how can I get my IP address from my router, I just use my phone now.
On Android:
Settings > Wi-Fi > tap your network > look for "Gateway."
On iPhone:
Settings > Wi-Fi > tap the (i) next to your network > the router IP is under "Router."
Way easier than dealing with cmd imo.
