I've been using Distill Web Monitor for a while now and it's been solid for tracking changes.
Works as a detect page change Chrome extension and lets you set custom checks (like specific elements or full pages).
Only downside is the free version has limited checks, but the paid one’s worth it if you need heavy monitoring.
