Does Your Website Need an ISP Whitelist to Avoid Email Delivery Issues?

Wow, thanks so much for all the advice! I had no idea the isp whitelist was such a big deal for larger companies. I’ll definitely start by setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC—I didn’t even know those were a thing until now, lol.

I’m gonna try Mail Tester first to see where I stand, and maybe clean up my email list with ZeroBounce. If that doesn’t work, I’ll look into switching to an ESP like SendGrid.

Quick follow-up: does anyone know if using a shared IP with an ESP affects deliverability? Or should I go for a dedicated IP right away? Thanks again, you guys are awesome!
