Hey everyone! So I’m trying to set up Zestimate for my home listing, but I’m kinda lost.

I’ve got my property on Zillow, but the Zestimate seems off. Like, way off. Did I miss a step or something?

How do you guys set up Zestimate accurately? Do I need to update my home details manually, or does it auto-adjust? Also, does adding pics or recent sales in the area help?

Would really appreciate a step-by-step breakdown—kinda like "for dummies" style lol.
