If privacy’s your main concern, Private Internet Access (PIA) has good proxy servers bundled with their VPN.

Not the cheapest, but they’re no-log and decent speeds. Used it for gaming without issues.

Also, HideMyAss (lol) has some okay proxies, but double-check their logging policy.
