So, I was trying to fix some issues with my Prime Video and stumbled on www.amazon.com videohelp.

Has anyone else used it? Like, is it actually helpful or just a bunch of generic tips?

I found a few fixes there, but some stuff felt outdated. Wondering if it’s worth relying on or if I should just hit up customer support directly.

Also, the search function on www.amazon.com videohelp is kinda hit or miss—anyone else notice that?
